Celebrate the 4th, but beware the heat today

Carnival

MASON CITY – Outdoor activities will abound today in North Iowa for Fourth of July celebrations, but escalating heat throughout the day should bring caution.

The National Weather Service, in issuing a heat advisory, says highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s degrees along with dewpoints well into the 70s will result in heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees during this afternoon and early evening in the North Iowa area. If your holiday plans take you outdoors, make sure you have plenty of water to drink and take rest breaks as needed.  Children and older folks are susceptible to heat-related illnesses.

Once again you are full of shit. My case was thrown out for lack of evidence. The only part of it I was involved in was when he assaulted Claude Grahm in Div. 2 and I witnessed the assault and fired him for it. He was off work for six months and the union negotiated getting his job back. He lost the pay for six months. The other charges I was aware of but had nothing to do with. I was in Production Control at the time. His immediate supervisor and General Supervisor were the ones who brought those charges, not me. It was a damn shame he was one of those guys always trying to game the system. He was very talented but had something wrong with him.

That is not what the courts records show, you lying old goat.
You are once more just blowing smoke out of your sorry old ass.

The suit was thrown out because he did what you do best. He lied.

LIAR!!!

Court of Appeals of Iowa – November 20, 1984.

“After he (Ron Blong) was finally able to get his job back, plaintiff was subjected to verbal abuse on almost a daily basis.
He was accused of stealing, wasting time, intentionally breaking his machine, intentionally producing inferior parts, violating fifteen company rules,
and “playing with himself” in the restroom.
All of these accusations were proven groundless.
Furthermore, plaintiff was assigned extra work without being given the proper patterns or tools for the job and was then berated,
threatened, and disciplined for his inability to properly complete the task.”

“Therefore, the decision of the trial court granting defendant’s motion for judgment is reversed and the case is remanded for reinstatement of the jury’s verdict.
The jury awarded Blong $100,000 in compensatory damages and $50,000 in punitive damages”

I was the youngest supervisor ever hired by White Farm. Was promoted to Lead Supervisor, then promoted to Production/Inventory Control. Left there and became a Manufacturing Engineer, then because a CNC Superintendent, Plant Manager (three times), QA Manager, World Manufacturing Manager, V.P. of Operations (two times), General Manager and Purchasing Manager. What did you ever do loser?

The Guy I knew was fired for assaulting a supervisor, cheating on his time cards (stealing and destruction of company property. The suit against me was dropped for no evidence and no penalty. I guess he just didn’t blong there either.

“Blong” here?
As in Ron Blong, the guy that sued your sorry ass way back at White Equipment in Charles City?
That Blong?
Back in the day he sued your pathetic ass and won for wrongful termination.
Good old Larrey Snider was so busy kissing ass to get ahead (as he is too stupid to get by on merits) that he screwed up big time.
That is when old Larrey first got the nickname of Knee-pad Larrey.
Everyone only knew Larrey by the top of his head, since he was always on his knees looking for more upper management ass to kiss.
