Mason City man accused of stealing from retailer

MASON CITY – A Mason City man was recently jailed after an attempted shoplift from a local store.

A Mason City police officer was dispatched on February 17 at about 2 PM on a report of an adult male shoplifter at Hy-Vee Drugstore, located at 875 4th Street SW. After an investigation, 47-year-old Shane Lee Biddick of Mason City was arrested for public intoxication and fifth-degree theft.

Biddick was taken to jail and soon released. He awaits a court date in March.

Theft charges were dropped ! He drank the evidence! . If the glove don’t fit you must aquit ! O Gee stopped taking his meds before the trial therefore causing swelling of his joints and therefore the hillary leather gloves were to small for his swollen hands.. And your shameful enough to think that corruption and magic does not exist!
