On 3-16-2011 at approximately 2:30 PM the Mason City Plice Department with the assistance of the LakeMills Police Department arrested Demetirus Chico Flores Jr. on the charges of 2nd degree kidnapping, and two counts of aggravated domestic abuse. The arrest stemmed from warrants that were issued for Flores after the incident on March 14th, 2011.
Flores is currently being held at the Cerro Gordo County Jail under $29,000 bond. The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department also assisted with the arrest.
