Stephen Kurt Allis, of Spencer, IA, died on October 21, 2025 at the Spencer Hospital, at the age of 62. Born on July 24, 1963, Stephen was the beloved son of Paul and Catherine (Anderson) Allis.
Stephen will be remembered for his passion for NASCAR, his love of Viking football, and affinity for collecting stray animals.
Stephen is survived by his father Paul Allis, his sisters Amanda Schubert and Kimberly (Keith) Hagemen, nieces and nephews, Kyle (Brianna) Schubert, Koby Schubert, Krystal (Chris) Schubert, Bethany Hageman, Olivia Beresford, Ava Secrest, and Ethan Secrest; many great nieces and nephews; his ex-wife, Vickie Thiede; step-children, Jeremy Steinkuehler and Derrick (Bethany) Steinkuehler; step-grandchildren, Jenica, Tegan, and Talia Steinkuehler; his cats, Racey and Yoshi, and many cousins, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Allis.
