Larry William Moore, the son of William G. and Lavon (Patterson) Moore in Swea City, Iowa was born on May 24, 1945. He died on March 11, 2024, at the Avera Holy Family Hospital at the age of 78 years.
Larry earned his certificate of education from St. Ansgar Schools. He spent his early years helping his father work on the family farms. When the family moved off the farm, he worked in his parent’s motel in Early, Iowa. Upon moving to Estherville, Larry enjoyed helping with garden and yard work.
In his free time, Larry enjoyed watching game shows on TV and feeding the birds. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Estherville.
He is survived by his sister, Jane Moore of Estherville.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents, William and Lavon Moore; and sister, Marlene Moore.
