GARNER – Vivek Ramaswamy, a Republican candidate for President, will be in Garner on Tuesday, November 28th, at 11:30 AM for lunch, his campaign says.
“Come and grab some food on us!” the campaign said via text message.
“It will be held at Pizza Ranch, 405 State Street, Garner, IA,” the message continued. Â He will hold a town hall meeting to gab with voters.
Ramaswamy is lagging in the polls, trailing Donald Trump, Nikki Haley, Ron DeSantis, and depending on the poll, others, like Chris Christie. Â He is a supporter of Trump, and has called Republicans “losers” in a recent nationally-televised debate.
Last month, Ramaswamy and his campaign clashed with protesters in another Iowa town and his rental car was hit.
Earlier this year as Ramaswamy got his campaign off the ground, he addressed lawmakers in Des Moines and promoted nationalism.
