CHARLES CITY – A Charles City woman wanted on warrants for nearly a year was nabbed by cops after a recent disturbance.
Charles City police report that on September 28, 2023, at nearly 3 AM in the morning, their officers responded to the intersection of 15th Avenue and D Street for a possible disturbance. As a result of their investigation, police encountered 37-year-old Carol Anne Taylor of Charles City.
