Blue Bill Wildlife Area

RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – Effective immediately, the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Board has opened access to the boat ramp at the Bluebill Wildlife Area. A reminder to boaters using Bluebill that the lake is a “No Wake” lake and to remove all vegetation from your boat and trailer and drain all water from your boat before entering or leaving the lake. Anglers are reminded that there is a 15 inch minimum length on Largemouth bass and all other state fishing regulations apply.

If you have any questions contact the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Board at 641-423-5309, M-F, 7:30-4:00 or at http://www.cgcounty.org

  1. this is such a fine “rec” area its to bad that improvements arnt made. More parking at the “bottom” or make a road around part of the lake. people with disabilitys cant walk the steep gravel road to the bottom or back up. theres plenty of room on the north side to make aa road back aways to give acess. maybe a shelter house or two, be a very nice place for a family picnic. could use a lot of improvments
