MASON CITY – A Rockwell man previously convicted of a violent crime was involved in a disturbance in Mason City early Thursday morning, leading to his arrest.
Mason City police were called to 2203 24th Street SW at 3:20 AM on February 19 after an emergency call about a male subject there causing a disturbance. Police arrived and conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of Dennis Ray Stull, Sr. of Rockwell. Stull was charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.
Later that day, Stull entered a guilty plea to the charge of public intoxication and was ordered to pay $195.00 in fines and court fees.
Stull has been accused of felony burglary years ago, but instead pleaded guilty to assault causing injury.
