MASON CITY – A Nashua woman failed to show for a trial in Cerro Gordo county district court and was arrested.

Tessa Annette Rose Marion, age 21, was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail Friday evening after a warrant was issued for her arrest for skipping a trial for a charge of criminal trespassing. Mason City police had been dispatched to 316 2nd Street NW to investigate an incident in April and arrested Marion, leading to the trespassing charge.

Marion is now facing a probation renovation hearing on July 30th, connected to a felony drug conviction. She had been caught in November of 2013 attempted to deal marijuana in a Southbridge Mall parking lot.  She had been given a generous sentence of probation with a deferred judgement. She was already found guilty once, on May 6th, of violating her probation.

  1. She’s no more of a drug dealer than all the rest of us. We take cigarette money and our drugs kill more than all others combined. Get off your high horse.
