MASON CITY – Police reached out to the public to help find a missing teen Thursday evening, and she was soon located.
Police asked for help locating a 13-year-old girl, Tatum Hamilton, at about 5:00 PM. She had been last seen in the 700 block of South Georgia at 9:00 AM today. According to family members, it was unlike her to do something like this (no history of being a runaway).
Just minutes later, however, Tatum had been located and was home safely with her family.
