HAMPTON – A Swaledale man already in serious trouble has had more theft charges brought against him.

Todd Hambly, age 33, has been charged with four counts of 3rd degree burglary and ongoing criminal conduct. The incidents allegedly took place in Hardin county on December 27th, 2013. He was served with warrants related to those charges this week.  He is being held in the Franklin County Jail at this time after leading police on a chase in January, wrecking a number of squad cars in the process.

Hambly is also awaiting a March 11, 2014 jury trial in Cerro Gordo county on a charge of third degree burglary brought by the Clear Lake Police Department. In addition, Hambly faces a charge of second degree possession of stolen property in that county and awaits a court hearing on February 26th.
