MASON CITY – A Mason City man in and out of jail frequently in recent months has found himself back behind bars.
Cody Dale Kittleson, 21, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation by Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Deputies early Saturday morning near Fourth Street NE and Delaware Avenue.
Kittleson was found guilty of harassment and stalking by Judge Annette Boehlje in January of this year and given probation with suspended prison terms and fines. He still owes $270.05 in court fees in that case. On April 8th, it was determined that Kittleson had violated his probation and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Kittleson is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $2,000 cash-only bond.
Kittleson was also involved in a fight with another inmate earlier this year while incarcerated in the C.G. Jail. Kittleson was arrested twice in December for the stalking and harassment incidents.
What a complete tool.
Cody, your grandpa would be real proud.
Not.
This one has been in and out of jail so much they have a cell named for him. With any luck they will send him away this time.
Hope they teach him some manners in jail.
