I can’t tell you how many people do not pay there bill between Oct. to March knowing they are not going to be shut off. When April comes around they are crying and begging for money to pay the bill. I am not heartless just a little wiser than some. If you continue to pay your bill in the winter you won’t have this problem. I was on assistance for over 5 years and not one time did I have to worry about paying my bill come April. If they can pay it in the summer they can pay it in the winter. They have budget plans for a reason.
