On November 28th a public bench warrant was issued by Cerro Gordo County District Court Judge Carlynn Grupp for 57 year old Bradley Scott Berding formerly of Clear Lake after he failed to appear to a scheduled arrangement on one aggravated misdemeanor count of purchase / possession of medium depicting exploit of a minor.
Berding had been arrested on September 28th for an identical charge alleging the same date of offense as January 20th, 2011. That case was dismissed without prejudice by magistrate Rolf Aronson on October 11th.
Court records show trial information was submitted on a new charge of purchase / possession of medium depicting exploit of a minor on November 9th, 2011.
Court records show Clear Lake police used an affidavit with five exhibits to obtain a search warrant on property of Bradley Scott Berding on January 24th, 2011. The warrant was returned with a one page inventory of property seized as part of the investigation.
