WATERLOO – On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at approximately 7:22 PM, Waterloo Police and Waterloo Fire Rescue were sent to 436 Cutler Street on report of a two-year old female not breathing. The child was taken to Allen Hospital where she later died.
An autopsy will be performed today to determine the cause of death. The investigation continues.
