The investigation began several weeks ago. Investigators were with Oliver’s client Sunday when he sent text messages allegedly offering to take $1,000 off his bill “for sexual favors and/or nude pictures of the 18-year-old daughter,” The Oklahoman reported. The price for her 13-year-old daughter was $500.

Oliver is also alleged to have solicited sex from the mother.

In addition to the pornography, investigators said they found marijuana in Oliver’s home. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
