MASON CITY – Around 4:50 pm Friday, a report of a semi blocking traffic on 19th Street SW was called in.
The semi trailer was jack-knifed across the Highway just east of the stoplights of South Eisenhower. The cab came to rest in the north ditch.
Mason City Police officers blocked off the road on both the east and west sides, redirecting traffic back the way they came.
Another police officer was at the intersection of South Taft and 19th Street blocking traffic and redirecting them to Highway 122.
