MASON CITY – A house in Mason City has been deemed unsafe and will be demolished.
According to a public notice from City Hall, the house, located at 107 7th Street SW, has been deemed unsafe and will be demolished by the end of October.
The house is owned by Irene D. Shahan.

who wants the property? if only somone had mowed the lawn. you cant tell me this is the worse house in Mason city. why did this one move to the top of the list?
What a shame. It looks as if it was a pretty little house that just needed some TLC along the way.
