4th Street NE will be closed between North Carolina Avenue and North Massachusetts Avenue. The projected time for repairs is expected to be approximately 5 days.
Expect congestion and delays around this area while the street is under construction. Please watch for construction workers and equipment if you are traveling near the work zone.
