Merservey’s Mayor, Richard Miller, contacted the county about a bad intake in drainage district 31 and alerted them to the problem. The county agreed to investigate the problem.
The Supervisors voted 3-0 to cancel outstanding warrants and also voted 3-0 to approve an auditor’s transfer of funds. They also approved several dock permits.
The Supervisors voted 3-0 to acknowledge a withdrawal of an offer from Croell Redi Mix to purchase county land near the Cerro Gordo County Law Enforcement Complex on Lark Avenue.
Finally, the Supervisors acknowledged a receipt of a worker’s compensation dividend in excess of $36,000.
