BAGHDAD, June 8 (UPI) — At least three people were killed and 20 were injured Saturday in a car bomb attack in Baghdad, police said.
The explosion occurred near a clinic in a predominantly Shiite neighborhood, CNN reported.
There was no report that any group took responsibility for the bombing.
Violence between Sunni and Shiite Muslims has escalated throughout Iraq in recent months, CNN said.
