AMES – Iowa State was victorious in a Big 12 home game against Oklahoma Saturday, beating the Sooners 81-68.
Iowa State (8-7, 1-2) has won six of the last seven meetings with Oklahoma (11-4, 2-1). ISU has won nine consecutive home games against the Sooners.
Rasir Bolton notched 20 points and six assists to lead Iowa State.
Iowa State has made at least 10 three-pointers in four games this season; they were 12 of 32 for the game.
ISU lead 42-25 at the half; the Cyclones are 7-2 when leading at halftime. The lead grew to as much as 26 points in the second half.
ISU’s nine turnovers tie for its second-fewest of the season.
ISU has made a three-pointer in 417 consecutive games, dating back to the 2007-08 season.
Iowa State next plays a road game at #4 Baylor on Wednesday at 7 PM.
