MASON CITY – A woman who allegedly exposed herself near a Mason City school says she’s not guilty.
On October 8, 2020, Mason City police arrested 40-year-old Krista Elizabeth Mary, no known address, on a charge of serious misdemeanor indecent exposure. Police say Mary exposed herself in the 400 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue, near a preschool.
Mary was jailed and released the next day. She was appointed a public defender and has entered a not-guilty plea. She is scheduled for a jury trial on February 2, 2021.
