WATERLOO – London Willis Walker, convicted of Intimidation with Dangerous Weapon (708.6(1)) and other crimes in Black Hawk County, failed to report back to the Waterloo Residential Facility as required last night.
Walker is a 25-year-old, Black male, height 5’10”, and weighs 185 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on April 2, 2019.
Persons with information on Walker’s whereabouts should contact local police.
Another walk away ….. geez the drugs at the halfway house must have been not very good. Hahaha. Sad but true
