MASON CITY – A wanted man was located by police taking a stroll through the North End.
Police located Dale J. Lewis Jr., age 42, at the 200 block of 5th Street NE. He was wanted on a number of warrants related to theft and forgery charges. He was arrested and taken to jail where he is being held on $16,000 cash bond.
