Phase 1 ñ Blazek Electric
– Project is complete. Punchlist needs to be scheduled.
Phase 2 ñ Holland Contracting
– Project is complete. Working on punchlist items.
Phase 3A ñ Larson Contracting
– Masonry walls in kitchen are progressing.
– HS Dining area summer work is nearing completion.
– Structural steel is being set at the penthouse and connecting corridor between JAMS and High School Dining areas.
– First phase of paving is being completed. Next phase is paving near the food service entrance.
Phase 3B ñ Henkel Construction
– Interior demolition is progressing at the 2nd level.
– Lower level crawl space plumbing is nearing completion. Steam lines should be complete this week. Water lines to pool, locker rooms and Alternative School are expected to be completed before August 29.
JAMS 8 (Annex) – Henkel Construction
– Alliant Energy has set the transformer.
– Concrete work will be completed this week. Landscaping slated to begin August 22nd.
– Henkel is working on canopies over the entrance doors.
– City Inspection will be this week.|
