MASON CITY – A Clear Lake young man remains in jail after arrests by Clear Lake police for illegal substances and the Iowa State Patrol for charges ranging from drug possession to criminal mischief and assault.
Isaiah Christopher Snow, age 18 of Clear Lake was last booked into the Cerro Gordo county jail at 3:09 AM on January 26, 2025, and has remained held there ever since, awaiting arraignment in court at 1:15 PM on February 25. He had been arrested earlier due to charges that day brought by the Iowa State Patrol in connection to a traffic stop. The charges include:
– OWI — 1st Offense
– Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug
– Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug
– Assault on Persons in Certain Occup, No Injury
– Crim Misch 3rd — Damage $750 – $1,500
– Interfere w/ Official Acts, $0 Injury/Dam
– FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF FINANCIAL LIABILITY
– Driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked DUS
Records show a victim damages statement has been entered into evidence by a county prosecutor.
Prior to this arrest, Snow had been charged by Clear Lake police with the following crimes:
– POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUB, CANNABIDIOL 1ST OFFENSE
– POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – MARIJUANA 1ST OFFENSE
He will face a hearing on these charges at the same date and time as mentioned above.
