30-year-old Rachal Nicolle Rasmussen had been wanted on a Cerro Gordo County warrant since failing to appear at a probation revocation hearing on May 1st, 2009. Records show she was served with the probation revocation notice by law enforcement in Omaha, Nebraska in March of 2009.
Last week Rasmussen was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail for an aggravated misdemeanor count of prostitution. Court records show she posted a $2,000 bond on April 27th in that case, but was then ordered to be transported to Cerro Gordo County on the outstanding probation revocation warrant.
Rasmussen is currently in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $4,000 bond pending further court proceedings related to a probation revocation application in a 3rd degree theft conviction. In addition to not following the terms of her probation Rasmussen has not paid any of the $2529.78 restitution to the victim in the case.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
