Wedmore accepts Democratic Party nomination for Cerro Gordo county auditor election

ROCKWELL – Adam Wedmore of Rockwell announced today that he has accepted the Democratic Party nomination for Cerro Gordo county auditor in an upcoming election.

Mr. Wedmore’s announcement:

“I am proud to have accepted the Democratic party nomination for the office of Cerro Gordo county Auditor on Saturday at a special convention of the Democratic Central Committee.

“I have been a life-long resident of Rockwell where my wife Kristen and I raise our three children. Currently I’m serving my third term on Rockwell City Council as well as serve on several boards and commissions.

“I have always been active in public service and have found the Auditor’s Office essential to a functioning government. If elected, I ensure every county resident will always be welcome at the Auditor’s office, and will consistently receive top-notch, professional service. I welcome anyone to contact me about our campaign and look forward to the election in November.”

The election will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Pat Wright is the acting Auditor in Cerro Gordo county.
