MASON CITY – A man convicted last year of felony domestic assault and placed on probation was caught by police with methamphetamine.
Joshua Alan Wolff, age 23, was caught by Mason City police on September 17 with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Wolff has been on probation since last October, when he pled guilty to felony domestic abuse assault involving strangulation. Wolff is now accused of violating his probation in that case and is in the Cerro Gordo County Jail as he awaits an October 17 court date. He has a trial date set for next year on the meth charge.
