NORA SPRINGS — Marilyn Jean Parcher, a Nora Springs woman formerly of Clear Lake, has died at age 78.
Parcher passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
She was born January 23, 1948.
Her passing marks the close of a life that stretched across more than seven decades and touched the family, friends and communities that knew her.
For those closest to Parcher, her life will be remembered through personal stories, family memories, old photographs, familiar places and the quiet moments that remain after a loved one is gone.
Her ties to Nora Springs and Clear Lake reflect a North Iowa life connected to local communities, neighbors and loved ones across the region.
