July 13, 2005 ~ September 6, 2025 (age 20)

McKenna Mae Woodbeck was born on July 13, 2005, in Clarion, Iowa, to Travis and Chelsea (Sisson) Woodbeck. She grew up in Eagle Grove and completed her education in Huxley, graduating from Ballard High School – “Class of 2023”. McKenna played volleyball, softball, basketball and was a cheerleader. She was a member of the Huxley Fire Department.

McKenna loved being a CNA- while she was pursuing her Nursing Degree – her passion for caring for others was evident in her time at Unity Point Methodist West in Des Moines and Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion -she even thought she should join the ambulance crew when not working at the hospital to help others.

McKenna also loved going to concerts, helping others and dancing and making up dances – among other of their favorite things with her sister and best friend, Tucker.

McKenna had dreams of living on a farm – and when she met Levi in March 2023 – that dream was in motion- she had her place, his place and their place! She was able to start her own Cat Sanctuary – taking in any stray cat that someone mentioned needed a home – and in McKenna fashion gave them all names.

McKenna loved to encourage others, care for children, spread kindness and joy and make sure others were cared for and comforted.
