Ray Allan Stump Jr., 52, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly July 14, 2025 in Mason City.
Ray was born November 28, 1972 in Mason City, son of Ray Allan Sr. and Judith Lee (Knapp) Stump. He grew up in Mason City , lived in Bradenton, Florida then returned to Mason City where he graduated in 1991.
He met his wife, Staci in 2000 and they were married September 20, 2003. He had a love for playing slow pitch softball and played on men’s leagues for many years and was a true 49ers fan.
He is survived by his wife, Staci; sister, Michelle; niece Laralei, and nephew, Cole; as well as uncles, aunts, friends and extended family.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Ray Sr. and Judy, his grandparents, Virgil and Ruth Stump, Bill and Nancy Knapp; and his loyal sidekick bulldog, Niner.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be dedicated to the family.
