MASON CITY – The MacNider Art Museum in Mason City is letting visitors choose the winners in the temporary exhibition, Art the Vote.

According to the museum staff:

2024 is a Presidential Election year. Many people in the United States are gearing up to vote during this monumental time. The staff at the Charles H. MacNider Art Museum thought we would have a little fun with election season and let our visitors choose the winners in the temporary exhibition, Art the Vote.

We have chosen some wonderful artworks from our Permanent Collection to fill the exhibition space. Visitors will have the opportunity to vote for “Best in Show,” “Best Use of Color,” and more. Votes can be cast until Election Day, Tuesday, November 5. Winners will be announced the following day.

Have some civic fun and cast your ballet during Art the Vote. Sponsored by First Citizens Bank Charitable Foundation.
