HAMPTON – A Hampton soccer coach and educator is charged with sexual exploitation of minor.
Hampton police arrested 26-year-old Ismael Rodriguez Torres this week, who was until recently a soccer coach and teacher in Hampton-Dumont schools. He is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
A preliminary hearing on the matter is scheduled for February 8, 2023. Rodriguez Torres was released from jail on his own recognizance.
Also filed in Franklin county district court this month against Ismael Rodriguez Torres was a petition for relief from sexual abuse by a female. A hearing is scheduled on February 2, 2023.
