I think it may be nice if it said an illegal firearm or a stolen firearm was retrieved. It’s not a positive thing to simply seize a firearm. It is however positive to get one out of the ghetto and out of the hands of genius’s.

You don’t think that it’s a “positive thing” to seize a firearm from a 13 yr old that is firing it at others, in a residential area.

And as per usual, the county attorney will “plea” it down to “just” the felony. Leaving the CHILD set up for debt, poverty, and a felony on his record for the rest of his life.

As soon as you start publishing on this site under your own name you can bitch about a 13-year-old boy not being named publicly in the media.

Well the difference is this is a website and the op isn’t a violent criminal for posting here. The “child” is a violent criminal and isn’t going to change. It’s a matter of public safety that people be allowed to know. When this kid gets out of juvenile detention or a cpl years of prison it may be beneficial if people knew who he was what he did when he leaves and if he returns. You know, so they can avoid being shot at.

you don’t even know why he fired the shots or any of the facts other than he fired 2 shots. Why don’t you wait until the full story comes out before making predictions?
