DES MOINES – A convicted robber and burglar is on the run from a Des Moines work release facility, and authorities want him back behind bars.
Ray Allen Blume, convicted of Burglary 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Work Release facility as required this weekend.
Blume is a 35-year-old white male, height 5’11”, and weighs 242 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on July 9, 2018.
