FAYETTE, IOWA – A Mason City man busted for dealing drugs at a troubled Northern Iowa residential facility and has been given a deferred judgement.

On October 22, 2017, at approximately 12:30 PM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a suspicious individual who was giving away a controlled substance at Prairie View Residential Facility. Fayette County Deputies arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. After multiple interviews and seizure of prescription drugs, David Allen Kenyon, age 74 of Mason City, was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony.

Just days ago, Kenyon was given a deferred judgement in the case and put on probation.  He also got a suspended fine and must pay $305.50 in court fees and charges.

  1. He was 74 years old, that’s why he got a deferred judgment. He had never been in trouble a day in his life. Until he met some dumb bitch that was at that facility, that talked him into giving her his prescription pills. Then she set him up after getting caught with the pills and snitched him off. So before anyone makes any comment they should all know exactly what happened. Just so you know, that snitch lives right here in Mason City Iowa.

  2. He was heard to say they could also take his guns after he was finished filling their socialist souls with the contents of the fore said weapon of choice. In other words pizz on them.

  3. Well finally a deferred sentence that makes conservative sense – helping someone out and not taking demorat under the table graft (money)

  4. The old boy shared his high blood pressure pills with a liberal demorat snitch like that little liberal mouthpiece Hogg POS in Florida that flops his mouth to the tune of his liberal fbi dad – puke !

  5. FOR GOD’S SAKE —WHY?
