FOREST CITY – A Kanawha man was arrested in Forest City for felony drunk driving, recently, and faces a felony charge.
On December 25, 2017 at 4:20 PM, Forest City police conducted a traffic stop at Highway 69 & 9. As a result of this traffic stop, 28-year-old Frank James Robbins of Kanawha was charged with felony third-offense operating while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance (2x), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, permit operating vehicle with suspended registration, prohibited acts-prescription drug violation.
Robbins will be arraigned later this month. He was caught twice before for drunk driving – in Hancock county in 2011 and Winnebago county in 2012.
