NEW HAMPTON – A Rudd man is facing sexual abuse charges in Chickasaw County.
The Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office reports that 55-year-old David Edward Williams surrendered to the sheriff’s office on Tuesday, November 14.
Williams faces charges of first-degree sexual abuse, a class A felony; third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony; and incest, a class D felony.
Williams made his initial court appearance and is being held on $50,000 cash-only bond.
