RURAL MASON CITY – Riding a motorcycle is dangerous these days, but a Lake Mills man made it even more treacherous by mounting his metal steed under the influence.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy stopped a motorcycle for a traffic violation on Saturday morning, June 10 at around 12:42 AM near the 11000 block of 265th Street. After an investigation, the driver, 29-year-old Anthony David Langfald was arrested for operating while under the influence.
Langfald was taken to the county jail, booked and soon released, pending a court date.
