A State Department spokesman said Saturday that “the United States is profoundly shocked and dismayed by allegations and incidents of serious misconduct by UN peacekeepers serving in the UN Multidimensional Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA). The most recent of those allegations includes rape and civilian casualties during an arrest operation in early August.”
The spokesman said the allegations “raise serious concerns about the mission’s discipline and command” and called for an immediate and thorough investigation.
Once again its all about LVS and his stupid comments. Every story every day. There is more banter back and forth about LVS than conversation about the article. How sad that he is always the story line.
@Observer-That is because there are two Troll that do nothing but follow me around and snipe at everything I say. That forces me to fight back and I do. Observer- sorry about that, it’s probably my fault. I was just trying to get LVS to change his ways and think about what he posts sometime. I should’ve not a made an article as tragic as this about LVS. Just thought he might take some good advice is all but I was wrong.
