MASON CITY – A wanted Mason City woman was located by police last week, accused of a host of crimes.
Gina Marie Bilyeu, age 23, was arrested by the North Iowa Task Force on May 28 on a warrant connected to charges of felony second degree robbery, theft in the third degree, tampering with a witness, all brought by Mason City police. She will be arraigned on June 2.
Bilyeu was arrested on January 14, 2015 after 1 AM at a Mason City bar. She was wanted for violating a court-imposed no contact order. Officers discovered drug paraphernalia in her possession during the arrest. She pled guilty and was fined. She pled guilty to that charge in December of 2014.
Additionally, Bilyeu is accused of harassment at this time, again by Mason City police, after an incident this month.
Bilyeu is free at this time as she awaits her court date.
She looks so angry for one so young. She will get a attitude adjustment in jail.
