MASON CITY – A Minnesota man is due in Cerro Gordo district court Wednesday on a charge of drug possession with intent to deliver.
Skylar Anton Peterson, age 20 of Wells, Minnesota, was stopped by an Iowa State Patrol trooper on August 18 in Cerro Gordo county. During the traffic stop, the trooper discover marijuana. He was arrested and charged with felony B possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He posted bond on August 20 and then hired local attorney Ti LaPointe to represent him. He will be arraigned on October 8 in court.
