SPENCER – An inmate in the Clay County Jail has been charged with criminal mischief for placing graffiti on the walls of the jail.
Chase D. Peterson, age 21 of Spencer, faces a count of criminal mischief for placing grafitti on the walls of the Clay County Jail resulting in damage costs in the amount of $200.00 or less.
