MASON CITY – A complaint was filed with police this week about a naked man standing on a balcony at an apartment complex, prompting an investigation.
An employee at Pebble Creek Apartments, 198 South Grover Avenue, reported to police that a resident has an on-going problem of standing or venturing out onto a balcony at his apartment – naked.
Police confirmed that they did receive the complaint about a male subject who has been observed “without any clothes on while standing on his own balcony.”
Police went to the apartment in question and spoke to the resident as part of what they called a “sex offense”. After their preliminary investigations, no charges have been filed “at this time”, police said.
