IOWA FALLS – A Franklin county man is in jail after allegedly perpetrating burglaries in the town of Ackley and possessing the mind-altering drug LSD.
Aaron Edward Bailey, age 28 of Ackley, was arrested by the Ackley Police Department on September 21 on three charges of third degree burglary and one charge of possession of a schedule II substance (LSD).
Bailey was allegedly also in possession of stolen property.
He is being held on $5,000 bond, must complete a substance abuse evaluation and awaits a preliminary hearing on September 30.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
