OSAGE – The combined efforts of law enforcement have resulted in the arrest of an Osage man on drug charged.
On Friday September 12, 2014, the combined efforts in an investigation by the North Iowa Drug Task Force, Osage Police Department and the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of Jeffery Alan Morrison, 26 years of age of Osage on two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver, one a Class C and the other a Class D Felony. Morrison is being held at the Mitchell County Jail.
Further charges are pending while the investigation remains active.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
