MASON CITY – A Worth county woman is facing a charge of second offense operating while under the influence after being caught driving drunk for a third time.
A Cerro Gordo deputy stopped a car driven by 23-year-old Caitlin Jean Servantez of Manly for an equipment violation on September 14 at about 12:41 AM near Pierce Avenue and 8th Street NW. After an investigation, Servantez was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, second offense. She was booked, jailed and released awaiting a court date.
Servantez has been caught drunk driving two previous times; once on August 29, 2012 and once on December 16, 2012. She pled guilty in both cases.
